Although I've never grappled with weight per se, I recently took up a body building work-out in order to get buff. It's quite different when you're a guy I must say. Of course you do not have to have a career in personal training to know that. Furthermore, you'll absolutely need to increase your servings of protein. I have to say I was bowled over the first time my fitness trainer buddy informed me that he scarfed down six cans of tuna each day on top of his regular meals. That is a whole lot of chicken of the sea. Not that you also have to chow down on tuna. There are a range of protein bars available on the market these days. A few a day, in added to your body building workout should really make a difference in your physique.
