A Young Woman Engages In Heavy And Hazardous Drinking And Gets Excellent Help At An Alcohol Rehab Clinic For Alcohol Withdrawal Symptoms And Alcoholism Symptoms
Beth was the mother of three children. Beth had been feeling very stressed out lately and began to "medicate" herself by drinking several shots of whiskey every evening after she put her children to bed. After about three weeks of this drinking routine, she finally realized that instead of helping her unwind and "muddle through" her difficulties, drinking made her feel more restless when she awakened. This, in turn, made her feel even more anxious all through the day.
After reflecting on her "condition" for several days, Beth decided to "open up" about her problem drinking with her best friend. In actual fact, about twenty minutes into their chat, Beth's friend Jordyn, told her about a very experienced and helpful doctor at the local alcohol and drug rehabilitation center. After talking to her friend, Beth without much ado got motivated to call the rehab center and schedule an appointment.
Ten days later she finally got to meet the physician her friend had talked about. After their brief introduction, Beth told the psychiatrist that ever since she and her former husband divorced one another, she has been struggling financially, emotionally, and spiritually.
As Beth was talking to the physician, she emphasized the point that she truthfully believed that her former husband and she dated long enough to know each other good enough before they got married. After the children started to arrive, on the other hand, their lives seemed to go downhill. What is more, both Robert and she started to drink, and their unhealthy and abusive drinking negatively affected their finances, their relationship, and their love for one another.
The physician explained to Beth that the alcohol poisoning symptoms she has been experiencing are due to her abusive and unhealthy drinking. The doctor also told Beth that her alcohol withdrawal symptoms are some of the more common symptoms of alcoholism and that the most effective solution for this is alcohol treatment.
After spending six months in inpatient alcohol rehab, Beth was little by little able to see that the real root of her anxiety and her depression was the fact that she had not resolved her hostile feelings she has for her ex-husband who divorced her. In a word, Beth let these feelings perturb her to such an extent that she became a person addicted to alcohol.
Armed with these insights and with the meds her psychiatrist prescribed, she eventually quit drinking, she started to feel substantially less depressed, and she started making more time for social activities with her family and friends. Not only this but a few months after receiving therapy from her physician, she even started to date once again.
It was evident that Beth had come a long way. In point of fact, just around seven months after she stopped her treatment, Beth had finally laid the harmful emotions of her former husband to rest and was beginning to feel more complete and more spiritually"alive" and psychologically "together" than she had ever felt in her life.
